Charlie Rasch – Office Manager

With over 17 years in the dental field, Charlie’s mission is simple — to make every patient feel comfortable, cared for, and confident about their smile! From the moment you walk in, she’s there to greet you with a smile, answer your questions, and make sure your visit goes as smoothly as possible.

Charlie truly loves helping people and believes that every patient deserves to feel like family. Whether she’s calming nerves, sharing a laugh, or finding the perfect appointment time, she brings warmth and positivity to everything she does.

A proud Texan (Go Cowboys!), Charlie is married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud mom of two amazing kids. When she’s not at the office, you’ll find her crafting, spending time with family, or spoiling her many furry friends.

Charlie’s caring nature and love for people make her the heart of our office — and she can’t wait to welcome you to our dental family!

Desiree - Patient Coordinator

Hi! I’m Desiree, your friendly neighborhood Patient Coordinator who believes a smile can change someone’s day—so why not make the whole dental visit feel good too? I’ve been in the dental field for 15 years, and I still love what I do. From answering questions to calming nerves and keeping everything running smoothly, I’m here to make patients feel like family.

I grew up in a small town in Southern California where sunshine, good food, and community mean everything—and I still live by that vibe today. When I’m not at the office, I’m busy being a mom to two awesome kids who keep me laughing and on my toes. I love cooking (especially new recipes I find online at 2am), hitting the beach any chance I get, and saying yes to outdoor adventures—big or small.

Life is better with positivity, purpose, and a little fun—and that’s exactly what I try to bring to every patient I meet
